Installing a new branch line connection to get your existing in service piping without a shutdown. Tap Master's specialized Hot Tap equipment allows us to get into tight places where others can't go. We do jobs no one else can do. Natural gas and turnkey services are our specialty as well as tapping through extended length spools and nipples. Size-on-size Hot Taps can be done, giving you the maximum flow your require.

The following pictures are pre-tensioned piping.

Typical 12" Hot Tap on Ameron concrete lined mortar coated

14 gauge steel cylinder pipe with 5/16" rods. We chipped a

16" circle where tap is to be made. Then bolted on saddle

and straps, and installed a floating hub flange.

Pressure tested and then grouted between saddle and pipe.

(*note the 3 grout horns) The void existing between the saddle

flanges and floating hub was also grouted for stability.
